Ecofira returns to Feria Valencia from October 5 to 7 with the main environmental and waste management operators

The appointment will be held in a 100% face-to-face format and together with the veteran plant and flower contest Iberflora, in a new call for the green sector and environmental solutions.

Ecofira will have a strong institutional presence in the hands of the Ministry of Agriculture and the public companies of the Valencia and Castelló consistories as well as the support of the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FVMP).

Valencia, September 13, 2021.- Ecofira is back. After the environmental event held its last edition in 2019 and after a long period of hiatus forced by the pandemic, a new edition of Ecofira will open its doors at Feria Valencia on October 5. The International Fair of Environmental and Energy Solutions will celebrate its eighteenth edition in a 100% face-to-face format and in a safe space against Covid – 19 such as Feria Valencia.

In addition, the environmental event will repeat the call together with the Iberflora plant, flower, landscaping, technology and DIY garden fair, which this year will celebrate its 50th anniversary in style. It will be the second edition in which both calls are held jointly and consecutively to form a great event around the green sector with a high calling power among professional sectors.

Ecofira: the expected sectoral reunion

After a year without face-to-face fairs, Ecofira is preparing a great sectoral reunion around the latest innovations in waste management, ‘smart cities’, and urban equipment. In this sense, there are numerous companies in the sector that have joined as Ecofira exhibitors, among which the leading entities in waste management and treatment as well as environmental services and products firms stand out.

Ecofira also has strong institutional support, with the active presence in the contest of entities such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition of the Generalitat Valenciana, as well as different public waste management entities such as the EMTRE of the Valencia City Council or RECIPLASA of the Castellón town hall. In addition, Ecofira is also committed to bringing to the municipal world all the innovations and developments around the ‘smart city’ from the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FVMP).

The objective is to cover from different ways the needs of a sector such as the sustainable management of municipalities and cities that in this atypical 2020 have barely had calls to update their knowledge and be fully up to date with the different innovations that have appeared in the market through of the main operators in the sector.
