Sustainability, cleaning robots, algorithms and 3D sensors

What will professionals find at Hygienalia 2023? Following the most recent edition, where the focus was on the latest advances in hygiene and disinfection solutions in the context of Covid, Hygienalia 2023 is firmly committed to showing the most sustainable solutions in industrial cleaning products as well as robotic technology.

Professionals visiting  Hygienalia will see toilet tissue and wipes made from recycled cardboard beverage packaging or that is FSC or Climate Neutral certified; industrial detergents made from waste cooking oil and probiotic and enzymatic cleaning products. This sphere of the fair will also feature innovations such as air fresheners and disinfectants specifically designed for olfactory marketing techniques and new ‘Pet Free’ air fresheners designed to prevent pets’ undesirable behaviour.

Technology is a major player in this industry and makes cleaning robots the true industry stars and the most coveted products at events like Hygienalia. In 2023 these robots will be displaying unexpected increases in their level of autonomy and the size of the area they can work. They will also be showing how they can use robotic algorithms and latest generation 3D sensors. The robots on show include street cleaners, scrubbers, vacuum cleaners and multi-purpose mops that aim to be sustainable by using tightly controlled amounts of water and electricity.

Interest is so keen that Hygienalia has created a ‘Robot Line’ zone, a new area dedicated specifically to new products and demonstrations of industrial cleaning robots and that joins Hygienalia’s three other themed areas:  the Green Line, with environmentally friendly products and solutions, the ‘Red Line’ which focuses on the innovations in selected products and the Shine Line’area, featuring demonstrations of crystallizing floors.
