QUIQUE DACOSTA, LEADER IN GASTRONOMA SHOW

Gastronoma, the great gourmet meeting in the Valencian Region, provided  professionals and amateurs three intense days of gastronomic and tasting activities enjoyed by the large audience that came to Feria Valencia between 21st and 23rd September. The fair featured the star presence of Quique Dacosta, tasting the of “favourite wines from David Rabasa”, sommelier of the restaurant Ricard Camarena, tastings offered at the stand of Peru, and a Roundtable on the generation of the 93′ with an emotional tribute to the restaurants who implanted the author’s cuisine in Valenciaa couple of decades ago : AlbacarAlghero, El Ángel Azul, Joaquín Schmidt and Oligarum.
